Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, Kothmann Pet Hospital will be following the recommended CDC and AVMA guidelines and will be changing the way we see appointments. Starting Monday 3/23/20, we will be operating curbside check-in and will require pet parents to remain in their vehicles on arrival to our hospital. Please call when you arrive and one of our staff members will be out to check in your pet.
If necessary, ONLY ONE pet parent will be permitted to be with their pet during the appointment. This will take more time than usual so we ask you to be patient during this time and allow more time than usual for your visit. These procedures and protocols are designed to reduce the amount of human to human contact involved with the veterinary visit and curb the spread of COVID-19.
If you are Exhibiting any of the signs of COVID-19 such as coughing, fever, sneezing, or muscle aches please call us to reschedule your appointment and do not attempt to come into the hospital. Please attempt to have someone else bring your pet in for you if you are feeling sick.
